DfE Property Data Survey Programme

• Location: England, South West
• Sector: Education / Schools

The Department for Education / Education Funding Agency’s Property Data Survey Programme or PDSP which was set up by the Government to provide up-to-date and accurate information on the condition of schools in the UK.

Storm are working in collaboration with Hoare Lea and EC Harris, in undertaking this survey programme. The PDSP programme aims to ensure funding is meeting the most urgent needs of the education estate.

Khams Shamat Mall

• Location: Syria
• Type: Premium Retail Shopping Mall

Project Manager responsible for delivery of 115,000m2 GLA premium retail shopping mall. Scope of works included MEP Engineering, Fire & Life Safety, VT, Acoustics and LEED Specialisms.

Presidential Palace

• Location: Abu Dhabi
• Type: Palace

Project Manager responsible for project controls on the prestige new Presidential Palace Project in Abu Dhabi comprising 330,000m2 of built up area.

Great West Quarter

• Type: Mixed Use Resendential Scheme

MEP project manager responsible for managing the MEP design for new mixed use / residential scheme for Barratt West London at the old Smithkline Beacham site on the Great West Road, London.

Ashghal Contract 2

• Location: Qatar
• Type: Highways / Infrastructure

Project Manager responsible for delivery of two large roads and drainage projects with a contract value in excess of QAR 1billion. These projects include the design of roads and all related infrastructure including drainage, utilites, ITS with related traffic, geotechnical, environmental and sustainability studies.

Hamad International Airport City

• Location: Doha, Qatar
• Type: Infrastructure / Utilities

Hamad International Airport City  Master Plan – Project Manager for aspects of the infrastructure and utilities design for the proposed new airport city adjacent Doha’s new airport.

MMMP Mecca Metro (KSA)

• Location: Mekkah, KSA
• Type : Transport

MEP Project Manager for new mass transmit metro project in Saudi Arabia consisting of 18kM of viaduct, 9 above ground stations and a large depot which, on completion will transport up to 72,000 passengers / hour between the various holy sites in Mekkah, KSA.

Paddington Station Refurbishment

Responsible for management of aspects of the concourse re-development at Paddington Station to provide a British Airports Authority (BAA) check-in area servicing the Heathrow Express.
